How to Buy

Importing a car from Japan is simple. Here's how it works.

  1. 01

    Choose your vehicle

Browse my stock list or tell me what you need – I can also bid for you at Japanese auctions.

  2. 02

    Request a quote

Send a quote request with your destination port. I reply with a CIF / C&F price, usually within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    Receive proforma invoice

Once you confirm, I issue a proforma invoice and reserve the vehicle for you.

  4. 04

    Make payment

Pay by bank transfer (T/T) to IT Plus Japan. As a JUMVEA member we follow Safe Trade practices.

  5. 05

    Shipping

The vehicle is inspected, shipped from Japan, and you receive B/L and export documents.

  6. 06

    Receive your car

Clear your vehicle at the destination port and drive it home. Dream it. Buy it. Drive it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between FOB, C&F and CIF?+

FOB is the vehicle price at the Japanese port. C&F adds ocean freight to your port. CIF adds marine insurance on top of C&F. I'll quote whichever you prefer.

Can you buy a car for me from auction?+

Yes. Send me the make, model, year range and budget. I'll search USS, TAA, ARAI and other auctions, share auction sheets and bid on your behalf.

How do I pay?+

Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T) to IT Plus Japan's company account. Bank details are provided on your proforma invoice. IT Plus Japan is a JUMVEA member and follows Safe Trade practices.

How long does shipping take?+

It depends on your destination and vessel schedules. Typically 3–8 weeks after payment. I'll share the vessel name and tracking once booked.

What documents will I receive?+

Bill of Lading, Export Certificate (deregistration), commercial invoice and any inspection certificate required by your country.
